Integrating the work in the saddle.
How To Work With Me
Every rider's journey is different. Whether you're looking for hands-on one-on-one work, the flexibility of virtual sessions, or a structured half-day workshop, there's a path that fits where you are right now. All sessions and workshops are available in person or online via Zoom.
One on One
Private Sessions
Tailored entirely to you — your body, your horse, and your goals. We work together at your pace, using a collaborative, whole-body approach that centers on what matters most to your health and well-being
In-Person
Private Session: In-Person
We meet one-on-one with you in the saddle. Using a combination of hands-on bodywork, specialized tools, and movement education, we explore how your body’s patterns — tension, balance, asymmetry — are showing up in your riding.
Each session is tailored to what matters most to you that day. Sessions are available at my location, please reach out to confirm scheduling and availability.
In person sessions are offered at my office location at Happy Hooves Farm 9177 Gross Road, Dexter, Mi. 48130.

Zoom - Worldwide
Private Sessions - Online Via Zoom
Distance is not a barrier. Virtual private sessions are available to riders anywhere in the world — and you may be surprised how much we can accomplish together over video.
I guide you through movement awareness, self-assessment, and exercises you can apply immediately with your horse. All you need is a device, some space, and a willingness to explore.
Small Groups - Zoom
Small Group Sessions Online
Want to learn alongside a few others? Small group sessions via Zoom offer the benefit of shared experience — you'll hear questions and insights from fellow riders that often spark your own breakthroughs.
A wonderful option for barn communities, study groups, or friends who want to explore this work together. Group size is kept intentionally small so everyone receives meaningful attention.

Workshops
Deepen Your Understanding
Half-day workshops designed for riders who want to go deeper. Build body awareness, understand your movement patterns, and develop tools you can use every time you ride. Both workshops are available in-person or fully online via Zoom. All workshop content is done off the horse. For those who would like to take it further, private mounted sessions can be added on for an additional fee.
Workshop 1
Foundations
In this introductory workshop we will explore how the nervous system shapes the way we move and ride. Through exploring both the Feldenkrais Method and Applied Neurology, you will start to learn ways to improve your riding, and improve your sense of safety in the saddle. The workshop consists of both discussion, and practical exercises and movement lessons that you can start to use immediately. Along with the handouts, you will also receive an audio recording of a full length Feldenkrais, Awareness Through Movement lesson.
Half-day format
Available in-person via Zoom
Focused on rider body awareness and movement
No prior experience required
Workshop 2
Next Steps
In this workshop we will continue to dive into exploring both the Feldenkrais Method and Applied Neurology on a deeper level, along with new exercises and movement lessons. This is an opportunity to explore these methods more thoroughly.
